Medical Library
The GHHA Medical Library for medical professionals is located adjacent to the Physician Lounge in the Annex Building at the rear of Hazleton General Hospital, 700 East Broad Street Hazleton PA 18201 (570) 501-4800, fax (570) 501-4840.

Library Resources

Book Collection: A collection of titles representative of all medical areas including the basic sciences, pharmacology, psychiatry, nursing, rehabilitation, allied health and health care administration.

Journal Collection: The library subscribes to over 200 clinical and research journals in the medical, nursing and allied health fields.

Multimedia: A collection of videotapes, audiocassettes, slides, computer CD-ROMs, and DVDs are integrated within the print collections and may be borrowed. The library has a TV, slide projector, and VCR/DVD player.

Computers: There are a total of 5 computer stations in the medical library.
